Some blackened grind out of Portland.

 

“Blackened” used in music genre’s makes me laugh cause it just makes me think of kitchen/food terminology. This band sounds like pan-fried fish!

 

One time I tried to say "blackened death metal" and accidentally said "deathened black metal" and I laughed for a solid while after

 

Deathened Black Metal sounds sick

 

I'm the same with brutal death metal but that's on me for associating "brutal" with folks who use it to describe a breakdown or a drop

Damn this some good Costa Rican death metal that comes out next month

 

As much as it's cooler someone throw BT is actually making music, it legitimately is almost criminal how much this fails to get close to it despite still being pretty good.

Damn, I really like this. Good tech death/black metal with a lot of dissonance. Just came out last week.

 

Came out last month. Archives lists them as death/groove but there is so much more going on here, some doom and grind elements, maybe even a little sludge. Either way, they are moody at times and pissed off at other times. Really enjoying it.
