Visiting Kreator's old material at the moment and man oh man, said it before and I'll say it again - American thrash bands could never. Endless Pain alone is classic-tier and this ain't even close to their final form.

 

They're so good. The early stuff is incredible.

Different Lik, I was the buffoon who made that mixup. Allcaps LIK are safe, it's black metal lowercase Lik that's super bigoted.

as a Metallica apologist, I can't get behind this... S&M2 isn't great, but honestly, James and Lars sound better on it than they have in ages. The symphony does a good job, particularly the bassist that plays Anesthesia. The songs that they had already done on the first S&M were arranged (and performed) better, but I don't consider S&M2 a failure at all.

There is PLENTY of other stuff to criticize them for. Particularly when it comes to cash grabs. **cough** pre-taped drive in concert with all tickets costing $120+ **cough**
