There’s a band called Snorlax?

 

Fully expected a band called Snorlax to be an indie/emo band lol

 

These days, no band names shock me whatsoever.

anyway to try and not go too far off track here, but did anyone else immediately get put in the mood to listen to Mastodon's Leviathan after watching The Lighthouse? I guess I'm just a sucker for nautical themes.

 

I need someone to tell me the right place to start Leviathan alongside The Lighthouse to mash it up properly like Dark Side of Oz

 

This is a good mental reminder that I still need to see The Lighthouse period.

Also, the new Snorlax record is real good. Checked it out after hearing about the hype here in the thread. It's some real solid blackened death metal. It's especially more impressive when you consider the fact it's just one dude performing everything.
