I'm perpetually bummed this tour didn't come to to the northwest. Anyone have any inkling if they might do a "secondary market" (how Seattle and Portland are secondary markets I don't know, but whatever) tour this summer? I'm really hoping so. I'd really like to see them headline again.
Covering my bases haha. I didn't want anyone to miss it. With the way the notifications work, sometimes you miss updates in threads. Given it's their first tv appearance, I'm okay taking the heat for over-posting.
Anybody have an extra ticket for tomorrow at Irving? Was supposed to be going for Boston for work tomorrow but that got rescheduled so now I can (ticket gods willing) go to this banger of a tour
I typically look up a lot of videos from when The Wonder Years tour and back when they toured with letlive. is when I noticed a lot of these fake livestreams on YouTube :/
hahahahaha show was fun last night. never thought the menz could sell out a 10k cap venue but they really did it
Last night in dc was incredible. Was not expecting 'Irish goodbyes' 'I can't seem to tell' or 'gates', so I couldn't have been more ecstatic. Their set list was perfect, since I saw Mexican guitars on the bayside tour last fall. They are simply the best.
i can't seem to tell is always one of the most fun songs live first time i saw them they opened with it and that won the day for me
First time I saw the Menz they played it second after Good Things and it was tremendous Edit: Actually they might have opened with the Obits at that show.
Was exhausted before the menzingers even came out last night haha. Most fun lineup I've seen in a long time.
Very cool that they sold out The Fillmore tonight. It'll be their biggest headline show to date. 2500 capacity. I'd kill to be there
That's awesome they sold out a 2,500 cap venue. This tour seemed to do really well for the band, which is certainly awesome. I'm curious what the rest of the year has in store. Hopefully some plans will get announced shortly.
