Hope Cleveland turns out for this one and makes HOB look awesome for this tour! I really want to go to another date of this too
this is the best tour of 2017 rozwell kid is the greatest band of all time in case you guys didn't know
I'm not sure who either of the openers are but I'm going to give them a listen since everyone seems so stoked on the line-up. I'm stoked just to see The Menzingers in a headlining set because I've only seen them as an opener and direct support. I'm a little surprised at the venue choice for Cleveland but I hope the turnout is solid!
Yeah this tour could not be better. Wish the philly date had Jeff on it since it's more convenient on a Friday but oh well. I'll make NYC work somehow.
Damn they're going for the Filmore even with only one band as support? Color me impressed, The Wonder Years are playing that venue next week with like 5 bands on the bill. I know it's basically The Menzingers' hometown show but the same applies to TWY. Cool though, I think these guys are set to explode in popularity with this record.
I hope so! I think they're trying to take that next step by playing these size venues. I really hope it works out for them
i don't know why number of openers matter, all the fans of the smaller bands are pretty much fans of the bigger ones on this tour
It's getting more bang for your buck, 3 bands a person likes on the bill is better than 2 bands which sways them to buying a ticket they'd otherwise maybe hold off on. Besides, yeah the fanbases overlap a lot but doesn't mean there isn't any gaps.
5 band shows should be banned, any four band show where a band is playing over 45 minutes should be banned. we don't need four and a half hour shows, haha over three likely you're hitting diminishing returns
Hopefully I'm still in town at this time but all about another Menz headliner and can't wait to see Rozwell Kid again, all the praise that @cwhit is heaping on them is 100% accurate.
