Tried to google culture abuse allegations. Nothing showed. What should I know?

Yea, that first one sucks. That second tweet seems to be referencing other accounts. Do you know what those are?

 

This is all I know and what I and others shared with the band seven weeks ago.

 

I had gathered a few other tweets that didn’t get much traction basically calling them out for assault and general shitty behavior but i can’t find the links any more, I apologize.

 

Bummer that it doesnt look like the CA concerns are going to get addressed by the band

 

at this point, I think more people would probably need to come forward/raise more allegations/concerns for them to do anything about it, which sucks.

 

I'm very impatiently waiting for this release date. Hopefully the final single comes out next week.

I think we will get one more single in a week or two.. hopefully a Tom song

Epitaph also usually pushes one last single the week of release

 

Yeah I'm thinking 2 more songs will be released. One maybe next week and one the week of the release.

I am going to try very, very hard to refrain from listening because this is my absolute most anticipated album of the year and I haven't been this excited for an album since maybe Get Hurt, so I want my first listen to be as special as it can be. Knowing the first 2 kinda stinks, but also having like 10 straight new songs uninterrupted ain't too bad either.

 

yeah reading through comments on their IG post, twitter, and FB, nobody is mentioning this so my assumption is that it's lack of awareness and not enough has come out, which still sucks because even if whoever runs their IG/Twitter even saw one thing, I feel like it's their job to look into it.

 

I think very, very few people know about the allegations

The one digital jukebox that isn’t touch tunes is insane. They basically have every song you can get on Spotify available. TouchTunes is a lot more limited.

 

Eight weeks

 

I think it’s pretty clear that they’re not going to say anything. It’s been two months. Why? Most likely case, the band doesn’t even know the accusations exist. Those accusations never got picked up like the ones for bigger artists do and like someone else has said, this thread is the only place I’ve seen it talked about. Genuinely curious, are you doing anything else to try to bring it to the band’s attention?

 

Other than DM-ing them on all their socials there isn’t much I can do. Have you done at least that much?

Also I’m not going to stop doing this every Monday, if that’s the goal of your post. I expected better from this band and they’re letting me and everyone else down. Feel free to block me if it’s too much for you to handle.

 

Not sure what else can be done. I’ve also sent messages on several social media platforms. Nothing heard back.
