One time I talked shit on a I Felt Free in the Circa thread on AP. Calling it their worst lyrical output ever. Colin (the guitarist) responded with..."that's probably because I wrote it, not Anthony" Boy did I feel like a massive asshole.
I wouldn't have any problem with him tweeting that opinion--even though it was accompanied by some bullshit nonsense about how TGA/Menzingers MUST have released all these albums he doesn't like because they were cashing in and just rushed to release stuff. Dumb hot take, idiotic and disrespectful logic, but it's not hurting anybody. But quote tweeting the artist himself and saying "all love, but the band you just recommended? they've sucked more and more with each album just like your band sucked more and more with each album.".....you deserve to get absolutely roasted for that. I feel like I have the rare opinion of my favorite Menzingers release being Rented World. I feel like it has started getting more respect but still find it incredibly underrated.

ATP was on my top 3 that year but after that i couldn't get into OTIP and RW for the life of me. other than "Gates" which might be my joint-favorite Menz along with "After the Party"
