I've seen it typically listed among the lower tier songs on the album. It's one of my favorites though.
The top three tracks on here are Tellin' Lies, Bad Catholics, and Your Wild Years. Bottom three are Thick As Thieves, The Bars, and After the Party.
Top for me are After the Party, The Bars, and Your Wild Years but there isn't a track that I actually dislike
Tellin' Lies, Lookers, and After the Party if I had to pick but there are like 5 songs that are only a wee tier below that.
House On Fire, Lookers, and Bad Catholics for me Edit: Oh but I forgot Black Mass. This album is too good, this is hard.
Glad Charlie's Army is getting some love here. Weakest lyrics on the album but easily the catchiest song. Such a jam.
I try not to include the singles because I love them all, and want to show love to the other songs. For me, it's Midwestern States, Your Wild Years, and Charlie's Army.
I wanted to do this but those two songs are just so good. Really though, for me, I could make a case for any three on the album.
I remember "On The Impossible Past" being AOTY on ap.net so i'll check that out next really, really enjoyed this though. Bad Catholics is probably my favorite after 2 solid listens
