That was fucking incredible. I lost my shit when they walked back on stage to play Casey. Definitely had some tears for that one.
i've been revisiting this album after really only replaying a couple songs and i like it a lot more this time around. lyrics just hit a lot harder.
Yeah dude! I was in the third row all the way on the left for the Menzingers wearing a lime green Polo t shirt haha. I had never heard of Rozwell Kid but I love The Menzingers and Jeff and eveybody killed it! I wish I had listened to the new album more though, haven't listened since the week it came out. That'll change now though.
Niice haha. I was chillin near the back in a purple flannel and a beanie. I took both off by the end of the show. I have no idea how Greg played that show wearing two shirts haha. I listened to them the day before the show so I'm new to them too. Excited for the new album.
holy fuck. probably won't do the cruise unless i can convince friends to be into punk rock or find a punk rock gf, but the 2nd show is in a <200 person venue. Onsale is tomorrow at noon http://www.ticketweb.com/t3/sale/Sa...RRAL_ID=tmfeed&crosssite=TM_US:1243377:339148
I've been slightly cool on the title track since it released (I like it but don't think it's anywhere near the best song on the album) but the video definitely made me see it in a new light. Great song.
Apparently it's already out there if you bought the package. They sent it out digitally. We need a kind soul to help us out.
Had an interesting moment with this album tonight. Was watching Inside Out and the line "a souvenir of happiness in the moment" from Your Wild Years popped into my head and I thought it was an interesting, sort of bittersweet context with the film.
I watch that movie fairly often with my daughter and it wrecks me pretty much every time still. I can definitely see parallels between the two.
Coming here to say how much this album has started to mean to me. It was already an instant classic when I heard it the first time, but I'm at the point now where each song is starting to stick to certain moments in my life. I love this band.
