oh shit i just saw you're in denver. I'm interviewing for a job out there friday and im going to look at apartments between when my flight gets in and when my interview starts. any suggestions? I've got Strata out in The Gateway/Green Valley Ranch area, Block 32 in RiNo, and 21 Fitzsimmons in Aurora by the UC campus and hospital. Others to add to my list or ones I should remove?

I actually don't know the area all to well myself yet. I'm renting out a room in Highlands Ranch at the moment. I just moved down only a month ago.

 

So excited for you two to live next door to each other for the 2 months you’re alive before killing each other via eating challenge

I grew up in Denver so I can maybe be of some help, although that city has changed a ton in the last 10+ years since I’ve lived there. But RiNo is an awesome spot that’s been basically completely redone in the last few years with a ton of arts/breweries/restaurants and close to Coors Field and not far from Pepsi Center. From a quick google, 21 Fitzsimmons looks like it’s close to the Stapleton area which used to be the old airport and was redone to be a whole community now. It’s a bit further from downtown and I’m not sure if the train runs out there or not. Also, aurora is a kind of hit or miss city in that some parts are pretty nice and some parts are pretty sketchy. The other one looks like it’s a little further out of town in eastern Denver. I don’t know that area at all really so can’t really comment.
