I saw the original EVDKTL anniversary show in NYC like a decade ago. Bummed I missed the Decomposer one though. Thats my favorite album of theirs. But luckily when it came out I got to see them a handful of times. Even at an instore signing in NJ that literally had like 25 people there. Great band.
I went to a Decomposer anniversary show in LA a few years ago with my brother, and it ruled, obviously.
I caught all 3 album anniversary shows in LA. They were all amazing. Now that I live up in Northern California it’ll be so much easier to make whatever Bay Area show they eventually announce.
Got to see E. Von Dahl and Decomposer anniversary shows down here in Aus but we sadly didn’t get A Band In Hope This band were and are criminally underrated. I really hope that they do end up releasing some of the music they worked on
not to be a downer, but Maniac really disappointed me. Surprising too because their first single "Die Rad" was and still is a banger.
as this sounds like it'll also include a new EVDKTL vinyl repress, I'm glad I got that first limited one a while back!
please let it be a re-press. sold my og press back in 2018 for like $80 and have regretted that ever since I got back into the collecting game recently and saw it hasn’t gone for under, like, $400 in god knows how long. and that’s if you can even find the damn thing. I want Decomposer pretty bad too but that’s even harder to come by!
I'll pre-order a repress the second its available. Would even kill for a Decomposser repress too. So pissed I didnt by these years ago when they were released. At the time I was buying a house and every penny saved counted.
all this activity might finally inspire me to get off my ass and get the Decomposer crow as a little tattoo (which would be my first)
Man, when Decomposer came out I went to our local record store for an acoustic instore performance/ album release in NJ and there were only like 30 people there. Granted it was a monsoon outside that evening, but boy did people miss out.
