The Mars Volta – “Blacklight Shine” Video

Song is.... well it's good to hear his voice. I'm pumped they're back.

 

I enjoyed this. Looking forward to a full length. Also expecting something from Closure in Moscow this year too!

 

Pink Lemonade is one of the greatest albums of all time I swear. Closure in Moscow is the Mushrooms to The Mars Volta's Heroine.

I dig the new song by TMV. It's pretty much just Cedric and Omar at this point, but it's got a great groove and Cedric's hitting those highs cleanly and not sounding nasally. His voice has been kind of hit or miss since he sold his soul to the devil to create the 32 minute rock and roll masterpiece which is Cassandra Gemini (greatest rock song of all time IMO).

 

I completely agree, Pink Lemonade is my holy grail, and my brothers/friends don't enjoy it like it do. I think it is uniquely fantastic. I tracked down the original pressing on vinyl and I am waiting for my represses.
