Tony always had a loose way of defining family members - He always said Chris was his nephew, when technically Chris is Carmella's cousin.

Also the way the trailer is mashed together, he could have been referring to Uncle Junior still.

 

This is a lot more Tony focused than I thought it would be.

 

Don't a lot of people have close family friends that they refer to as uncle?
