This keeps getting better and better. I love how it kinda feels like a video game every episode. Getting the new armor/weapons and heading to the cantina, Mando looked so badass and that final battle scene was satisfying as hell. Anyone else think he spared Greef at the end or that was just plain luck?

 

I think he knew where to shoot so as to not harm him

 

He knew where to shoot him and clearly took his time aiming. Plus, you can plainly hear the shot hitting beskar, if he wanted him dead he would’ve finished him off.

I think the question is more if Carga is going to be somewhat forgiving when he sees Mando next considering this.

 

The video game feel is the one thing that takes me out of the show a little tbh. Not a major complaint by any means, but sometimes it makes everything feel a little inorganic to me.

 

This is the ONLY Boba Fett that I would be down for.

 

Wouldn’t they hate Boba since he worked with imperials?

 

I dont understand, were the other mandos part of the bounty hunters guild? Did the planets denizens even know the mandos existed there at all? We dont see them out and about. And theres the dialogue that “only one of them can go to the surface at a time.” And its always our mando from what I can tell, so yeah thats alot of elements happening there.

 

I dont even know how they could effectively use the rest of the mandos for the plot going forward. I wonder if theyre mostly all gonna die while our mando escapes, perhaps the empire loyalists have backups to deploy on the mandos.

 

Boba Fett isn’t even Mandalorian so I don’t think they’d be very welcoming to him regardless

 

Yeah, Jango and Boba were never a part of it

 

But to a child being rescued, they don’t know that. Boba looks like a Mandalorian. A child wouldn’t question it if he looked the part.

 

Ep3 was great.

Finally watched episode three. My only complaint is I wish the episodes were longer.

 

I like the length of the episodes. Less of an investment than a lot of the other shows.

 

It’s a solid length time, just enough to keep the action and story at a good pace without adding any filler or unneeded moments.

 

It’s the best anime though

 

I'm just asking for like 5 or so extra minutes. This latest ep was like 33mins after credits and stuff removed.

Since I don’t have Disney+ I’m watching this with friends and while I love them, I think they ruined the third episode for me. Whenever the Mandalorian kills anyone they act like it’s the most insane thing they’ve ever seen. Which makes me react to that in my head instead of what’s actually going on in the episode. So... I’m sure it was a great episode lol

 

To be fair when he FINALLY used his flamethrower successfully on someone I yelped.

 

LOVED this episode
