Most Marvel movies I've seen 2 times, IW and EG were 3. I think Black Panther was 3 as well. The last two Mission Impossibles were twice. Sinners 3 times.

 

I think I saw episode one 7 times. I wanna actually say 11. But I was young and that was me and my moms escape from a negative situation

 

oh wait, i take that back. i think i may have seen Catching Fire in theaters twice. but that was a literal decade and change ago

 

Should clarify I've seen some movies more than once, multiple times even, just not in theaters.

 

Saw avatar fire and ash and project hail mary twice in theaters. Big ass screen > my 65 inch tv.

 

Last year I saw OBAA, Secret Agent, Frankenstein, Weapons, Superman, 28 Years Later, and Sinners multiple times at the theater.

i can only dream of a nice, properly maintained theater. we've been to a handful in the past few years (mostly AMC and Marcus) that haven't been properly maintained or calibrated to the point where we said "this would've been much better on our 55" QD-Mini LED and Atmos setup". but we make an effort to do theatrical as much as possible for new releases.

 

come to my local neighborhood Cinemark it’s a great experience

 

put me on a flight to Pittsburgh and we have a deal (especially since Alamo Drafthouse has gone to shit too)

 

the only reason we're seeing this at an AMC is because our local Alamo has supposedly gone downhill, we're tired of Marcus, and we figured it'd probably be nice to see something in IMAX (LieMAX) for once

I saw Last Jedi 7 times in theaters thanks to MoviePass. Truly a magical time and an absolutely terrible business model.

 

I’ll see a movie multiple times in theaters if it’s really good. Usually only twice for the most recents like Dune 2, Complete Unknown. I remember watching the dark knight 6 times and I wasn’t old enough to drive so I would ask my parents to just drop me off at the theater or going with friends that could drive. Saw Endgame 4 times.

Most I’ve ever seen a film in theaters was 9 times for Star Wars Episode I. 7 year old me and my darth maul action figure

I feel like once you hit this sentence discussing a personal choice another poster makes, you’ve gone towards eye roll territory lol

 

7 times is too many.

 

I feel like this is kind of unnecessary and mean considering I think I was fairly respectful and have no reason to think otherwise.

 

I think the last movie I saw a second time in theaters was KPop Demon Hunters? (With a gap in between, since it was two different event things.) I wanted to see Mother Mary a second time, but it didn’t work out.

But also. It’s good to see a variety of different kinds of movies!

The last movie I saw twice was the last scream movie because I went with two different girls

 

I think I have only seen three movies twice in the theatre. Mad max fury road, the force awakens, and rogue one.
