Oh, but I did. And as always, you shouldn’t need to seek out content outside of the movies to enjoy a character.
He was not good in that. I didn’t hate him, but I didn’t care about him. It’s been awhile, but I do recall being annoyed at how much page time he got in some of those books.
Or, stay with me here…. Or they could have just made a show about him that wasn’t a train wreck. I still love Boba though
Or… they could have left him dead. Clearly they did not have a story they really wanted to tell about him.
Grass is nice. It's soft and can be laid in and is far more fun than arguing about whether a character/armor is cool or not haha
Great now we’re gonna be arguing forever about whether @Taketimeandfind should stay in the pit or not
It’s ok. I’ll come out and get robbed by Jawas but then for some reason completely forget about it and go back to see if my armor is still there
Finally watched this and man they packed a lot into that episode. Thought the battles were executed pretty nicely. Moff Gideon is such a bad villain I truly hope he's dead. The cloning nonsense is so boring and the adding the force ability to clones is so dumb I just wish they'd drop it all and pretend rise of Skywalker never happened instead of doubling down. Anyway bring me thrawn.
Watched the first 2 episodes finally. Not bad, seems like standard Mando "need to quest to get thing I need" so far, but obviously gonna be delving into this Mandalore stuff I assume going forward. I never watched Clone Wars so a lot of it is very "okay" to me, but I assume the clone war watchers were/are excited to get more Mandalore stuff with Bo haah
This is my biggest issue. I don’t think the show did enough to make me care about Bo, mandalore or Gideon even.
Bo is a queen. As for Mandalore, I think the heavy lifting on that was in Clone Wars and Rebels. I don’t really care about Gideon though. Glad he is gone, probably.
Rewatching all of Mando while I build my MBS Cantina LEGO set (watched A New Hope a few days ago already, oops). I think I enjoy the last couple episodes of season 2 more than any Star Wars film overall. Also, I'm probably in a minority that loved Boba Fett and also season 3 of Mando. Some of the plot stuff is a little drawn out/not necessary to the central story but you can just tell Favreau and Filoni love to explore. Why else would they attempt to humanize the Tuskans two different times?
