Ep was ok. Feel like the Mandalorians should consider moving to a new location since they keep getting attacked by giant creatures ha.
Catching up on episodes 2 and 3. Both are a big improvement on the premiere. I loved the creepy feel of the mines. That robot eye creature and the setting felt like something out of Mad God. Episode 3 felt like an attempt at and Andor episode. Completely unexpected, but it really worked for me. Making the New Republic a budding dystopian society makes a lot of sense when you see where it came from and where it’s headed. I’m typically looking for more fun and adventure from this show than a sci-fi feel (it still delivered on the fun with the dog fighting at the beginning), but it was a pretty welcome twist nonetheless. I’ll try to watch the new one tonight.
To be fair, he first appeared in Jedi Temple Challenge which is a game show for kids that appeared on a website in 2020. This is not a normal situation, haha.
onvi the Coruscant lady is still working for Gus fring and working on freeing him and he’s gonna do some bad stuff and the mandos will have to stop him
Seeing Ahmed Best get his props after all he went through makes me happy. Love that he got to be the one to save Grogu.
Also, it’s exclusively their fault the empire rose in the first place soooo yeah, not a great order lol.
That Mandalorian training didn’t look so hot either… hey guys let’s just fire our blasters into the lake
I was thinking the same thing lol, this is the second time now they've just been standing outside their cave and some gigantic horrifying monster almost kills them I thought this episode was just okay, Grogu winning that duel was a little too goofy for me and I wasn't that interested in them saving the kid. Agreed that the flashback was the most interesting part by far
Yeah i liked it better when I didn’t know it was someone from a kids game show and it was just ahmed best showing up
just an extremely pointless episode. we’ve seen order 66 66 different times by now in various forms of SW media enough to glean how grogu’s escape might have gone. we absolutely did not need half an episode dedicated to the flashback.
