I’m going to watch Finding Nemo for a week straight.

Does anyone know if Mandalorian will get a few episodes at launch followed by weekly episodes? Apple TV+ took that route and I like it

 

Just episode 1 tomorrow, but episode 2 comes out this Friday, 11/15.

 

I’m really looking forward to diving into some of the Disney animated movies I loved as a kid and haven’t seen since then. But The Mandalorian is my first viewing.

 

My son will be all about Mickey mouse clubhouse and muppet babies

 

There's two countdowns for some reason. Disney announced Midnight Pacific.

should probably be in the streaming thread, but since we were talking about the bundle, have they mentioned if the bundle is available for current Hulu ad-free subscribers? i feel like i've only seen it advertised with the limited ads version of Hulu

 

I'm doubting that he's Boba Fett. The first information we got about the show even says, "after the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges". Sure, could be a misdirect, but I'm doubting that.

I haven't read the rumors of what the reveal could be, but my batshit definitely wrong theory would be Werner Herzog is Snoke.

Some people think it’s because Disney wants to avoid stressing the servers, but I’m not sure about that. Surely they’re planning for the worst.

 

They should’ve let people pre-download the app prior to launch, I imagine there’s gonna be some hiccups tomorrow because of that. Hopefully I’m wrong about that.

I love all the little details in the makeup/costumes and the set. It truly feels like a lived in world and I’m here for it.

Hey everybody we really have a live action Star Wars tv show ha! Kinda insane. The puppetry and special effects are pretty amazing. The ending tho. Very promising! So glad we don’t have to wait too long for the next episode!

 

Going to have to watch it again. I found myself trying to take everything in. I have first impressions, but I'm going to sleep on it.
