American Candy is a great driving record. Miles Away and English Girls always gets me hyped.

 

Agreed! I just finally purchased the record. Looking for Pioneer and Forever Halloween on vinyl as well if anyone is willing to let them go for a reasonable price.

 

Anybody see the weird videos they are posting on social media? I'm assuming it's a teaser for their new record, which, based on the videos won't be anything remotely close to American Candy in terms of overall vibe.

 

Yeah, pretty interesting. I read somewhere that they did something similar in the build up for Forever Halloween, though I didn’t follow The Maine so closely back then. I’m so curious to hear what this album sounds like.

I like it a lot. Instantly catchy and it seems like a nice continuation in the general direction they took with American Candy. This is a good start in my book.

 

Really digging this, stoked to hear it on Saturday. I don't know if it's something they're after, but I feel like this song could get them mainstream/crossover success. At least it wouldn't be out of place on pop radio.
