So weird how we went from long album launches -> short -> back to long again. Seen it with a lot of bands recently. I can only suspect it is due to there potentially being live shows later this year.
Yeah this album releases the day before or the day Sad Summer Fest is supposed to start. I’m surprised with the long rollout considering how short the one for YAO was.
LLL was released on April 7, 2017 AND there's a song on XOXO called April 7th so... .....can't it be both?
The song April 7th is more than likely about when John met his wife since they met that day. I’d love a LLL vinyl repress though.
I hope they don’t release TOO many songs prior. I feel like I haven’t listened to the night game album as much as I would’ve if they had only released one or two singles first. I need to make a point to break that and listen more often cause it really is VERY good.
That’s my least favorite but the whole albums great and I’d spend a good amount of $ on a LLL pressing
They’ve posted 3 LLL throwback videos on Pillar today. I’m hoping that means a repress but who knows.
I’d re-purchase LLL as a 2xLP if they ever did that. 4 songs on each side with the D-side etched, maybe their “M” logo or the LLL rose or something. The B-side on mine gets pretty fuzzy by the last song, they really had a lot to cram onto it
Dude the first thing I heard from them was that video of Daisy posted on Absolutepunk where they're all dressed as cowboys. It's been a weird ride Speaking of which..does anyone have that video?
