Honestly I wish this had been me but I couldn't help myself with this long roll out.

"Sticky" is the song of the summer I thought "English Girls" was in 2015.

Yep, up on Aussie Itunes. Super interesting songs on there. "When your light goes out" and "Dirty, Pretty, Beautiful" are standouts so far.

I don't think I'd ever made a comparison between The Maine and The 1975 before (even when I saw them both live a few days apart a few years ago), but there were a bunch of points on this record where that was the association my brain made.

The drums on this sound really great.

Yes, agreed. The drums sound insane on these songs.

I don't mean to spoil it, but "Face Towards The Sun" might be top 3 Maine Song of all time.

First three listens, I'd put this steadily between LLL and American Candy for me after those first three listens.

It's just a bummer so many songs were released and I have no self control, cause the shock value would be insane if this was your first time.

Sticky and Lips are on another level personally, but Face Towards The Sun, Anxiety in Real Time and If Your Light Goes Out are legit really good songs. High Forever feels filler. Pretender is Pretender(big issue with the mix). Love in Real Time is very lost in nostaligia esque.

This is a pretty f'ing good album, the great part is the mix issue that was on Pretender isn't on any other songs.
