Fun song, looking forward to a breezy summer listen from them

fun song, not quite sticky but in the context of the album this will be great I'm sure!

 

My initial reaction is meh. Doesn't grab me like Sticky or anything from LLL/YAO. I'm still excited to hear the full thing, but hopefully they don't release half of the album before July.

 

TBH both of these are relatively boring. The melodies just aren't what they were on LLL and AC. It's like the sound change didnt fix the problems with You Are Ok.

 

You Are OK didn't have any problems.

Hmm yeah this is just kinda dull to me, Sticky is a little better but still just ok. I’ll look forward to hearing this in context though

 

Yeah I dig the song but it doesn't elevate me like all of LLL or most of YOA.

 

1) He starts with almost the same line in both songs released so far
2) Chorus reminded me of "I'm fallin' even more in love with you"
3) Love the song. The production on these is reminiscent of LLL to me, probably because of Colby and i love the vibe/sonics he gets. I like this style more than all of YAO...just preference.

 

Knowing that this song was written partly about my favorite bar in my hometown hits home ever harder now

Hi-Lo club in SF is 100% necessary to visit for anyone visiting the city

 

It's 2/2 for me, really enjoying these both

 

I do think the melodies are lacking a bit despite liking the song. AC and LLL were so, so good and this stuff doesn’t really get close to that caliber for me.

 

I could not disagree more about melodies not being as good. ESPECIALLY for sticky, but really both seem strong to me

 

I enjoy April 7 way more than sticky.

 

Don't like April 7 but love Sticky
