doesn't stray much from the already amazing song. i like it

 

It's actually very good. Very bold move to cover this song but it works really well.

 

Pretty straight forward cover. Nice.

 

Literal chills

 

It’s good but I feel like it’s a bit too close to the original. The guitar tone is completely identical and while definitely impressive, as a giant fan of both bands I just hoped there’d be a bit more of a spin on it

 

Usually I like when bands make covers their own but
(a) this song is not going to ever be made better, it's perfect already, and
(b) the song is on a charity compilation so its not the band making money off of it. The choice to not take any creative liberties with it sits better with me when the purpose is raising awareness/money to such an admirable cause.
