I went to the Botanical Gardens last night & it was incredible

 

Nice! I'm so excited, it looks amazing.

 

Just picked up our bundle at the pop up shop. If you bring something to donate to the animal shelter,you can skip the line to the pop up shop. It was probably an hour ish long. If you’re just picking up your bundle you can walk right up there

 

We hiked Camelback Mountain and it kicked our ass

 

Leaving the pop up shop and headed back to my hotel. Definitely going to have to go back maybe Sunday and go through it again in case I missed anything.

 

Did the pop up shop, the bar, and now waiting for Beach Weather to take the stage. Been an awesome day so far

 

Beach Weather was a good show! I’m hoping to get to the social tomorrow before the xoxo show.

 

I had all the special menu drinks. The Love In Real Time was the only one I didn't enjoy. Tacos they have are fantastic as well.

 

I didn’t try the cider today so I’m excited to get it tomorrow. I forgot the Crescent served food so that’s perfect! I’m excited to try the pizza at the after party tomorrow night.

 

I’d love to share a drink & conversation with any of you in here over the weekend if you have the time!! I’m wearing a light blue t-shirt that looks like Rugrats characters but says Halogens. Tomorrow I’m wearing black & white checkered shorteralls with a pink long sleeve WSTR t-shirt underneath. I also have blue hair lol

 

If anybody is trying to do the brunch Sunday, I'd love to meet up. I'm solo for this trip

 

My friends and I went up Papago Mountain today and it was awesome. I decided to pass on the headliner tonight, but I'll for sure be at the Fest tomorrow!

 

The after album part of the set was amazing.

 

If anyone is on the fence about the after party, I highly recommend going. They played the new track and it’s so good!

them bringing out Nick & Eric from ARTTM to play ‘Like We Used To’ was the easy highlight for me. I’d forgotten how much I loved that band. I’d pay an arm and a leg for a headline reunion show from them.

 

2 of my friends were massive ARTTM fans and they are so upset they weren't there last night.

 

8123 Fest today was solid. Didn’t get there until around halfway through 3Oh!3 (honestly, props to them at this point for still getting booked and squeezing whatever’s left out of their gimmick).

This Wild Life, The Summer Set, and The Maine were my main draws and all exceeded expectations.

Can’t wait for a full TSS set tomorrow night.

 

3oh3 kill it every time I see them. They have so much fun

 

this was my thought watching them. I’ll be honest I walked in and saw one of them pretty much had grey hair and thought ‘there’s no way these guys are still doing the same set from 2008’, but they had fun and the crowd seemed to enjoy it. Props to them. Not to mention, I think it’s easy to overlook how massive Don’t Trust Me really was / still is.

 

Today was such a perfect day. Getting to see John The Ghost was a major highlight for me. I caught: John The Ghost, Weathers, Tessa, 3OH!3, This Wild Life, The Summer Set, Champs, and The Maine. Was surprised at the few repeat songs in The Maine’s set especially Face Towards The Sun. I had such a blast today. Can’t wait for TSS tomorrow.

 

The four main bands were all so god damn good and fun and had so much energy. The Maine sounded the best I've ever heard from them.

 

Skipped out on the after party tonight since I’m flying back in the morning and wanted to chill before then, but the past couple days were awesome. Highlights for me would be seeing the summer set for the first time since spring 2016, seeing John the ghost for the first time ever, and the fun additions to the maines sets that they don’t normally play. I’m glad the cowboy hats are still a thing, that sea of light up hats really is something else

I’m at the Harry Styles night and it’s not anywhere near full. I’m amazed this is where the TSS show is.
