Still haven't gotten around to seeing the whole thing. I've seen parts

 

Pretty sure I've seen Popstar like a dozen times in the past year, it's so fucking good.

 

I literally never see anyone mention this specific part of MacGruber but I fucking crack up every time I see the scene where he says "You're loco man!" and they show the English translation on the bottom

 

My favorite delivery is "These bad guys broke my stereo and I'm real fuckin bummed about it"

 

Welp, breaking out MacGruber tomorrow night

 

MacGruber definitely needs a watch for me too soon. It's been too long.

 

I've been listening to the Popstar soundtrack and I know Connor is essentially Bieber but is Hunter modeled after a specific rapper?

Yeah that one song he has in the movie (I think it says something like "Stomping through the forest like a retarded Tyrannosaurus") legit could be an old Tyler song

How did people feel about The Watch? I havent seen it all the way through, but I know Akiva directed it.

 

Ignoring the blatant Costco advertising, I liked it a fair amount. Richard Ayoade and Jonah Hill were hilarious in that movie but Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn were basically less comedic versions of characters they've played before. Not sure why critics totally panned it.

 

The Watch is okay, you can definitely tell Akiva just took over a studio comedy and didn't really get to throw his own spin on it that much (though all three of the guys have a cameo). I actually forgot it existed until right now but I enjoyed it when I saw it

 

"I bet you wish your nose was a dick, so you could fuck butts!"

 

Tour De Pharmacy is on HBO tonight at 10

 

Also, they're playing Popstar right before at 8:30.

 

i will probably watch tour de pharmacy tomorrow morning, EXCITED MUCH.

 

I'm on vacation and won't have access to HBO until next Saturday so unfortunately I won't be able to watch Tour de Pharmacy until then

Tour de Pharmacy was pretty good. Not "7 Days In Hell" good. But it's tough to beat a movie that goes on a totally separate tangent about a court sketch artist who inspired all other court sketch artist and then blew up in a rocket ship trying to find a better planet.

 

Starting Tour de Pharmacy rn. I actually haven't seen 7 Days In Hell even though I'm waaaaay more familiar with tennis

But damn @ them having dick out within the first three minutes lmao
