Love Is An Open Door I love the harmonies when Kristen Bell and Santino Fontana both sing. I also think the lyrics are fun and I know this is going to be a hot take, but...I like this song more than Do You Want To Build A Snowman? Let me go on a mini rant and say that I'm bummed that Hans turned out to be a bad guy. During his first encounter with Anna and this song here, it really seemed like there was a connection between the two. I'm really interested to see how Hans factors in to Frozen 2. Anyway, I'm giving this a score of 8.5/10. Please don't report me.
Let It Go Is it hyperbole to say that this is the most important song of our generation? Probably, but you know a song is good when @Dog with a Blog makes it his ringtone. Anyone who has seen Frozen knows that the scene where this song is sung is a pivotal moment in Elsa's life. And those notes that Idina Menzel hits An easy 10/10. Fun fact - my kids love the New Found Glory cover of this song and they ask to watch the video all the time.
No, but I'm excited for Frozen 2 to bring a breath of fresh air to the franchise. I'm just hoping that there aren't timeline issues a la the Mamma Mia movies.
I don't think Frozen held up well but I'll get around to seeing the sequel (which I've avoided basically everything about) at some point I'm sure. Give us better characterisation and story this time around and then I'll be interested.
