We have compulsory voting in Australia and the backward party won once again. The majority of people in this country fall for fear mongering, whether it’s xenophobia, losing their jobs, or “social justice bullshit” Edited to add: the rural areas of the country were targeted with all of this messaging. The system does not support the poor, people of colour, uneducated people or the lgbtqia+ community. I’m very upset but I will be writing to representatives and trying to make a difference
Doubt this will help but I used to stay up super late all the time bc I couldn’t sleep. But then I started working more and more and realized quick if I didn’t fix it I’d be fucked. So a few tips. 1. Once you decide you want to sleep, put the phone away, and don’t go back to it for any reason, even if you’ve been up for an hour, can’t sleep, and are bored out of your mind. 2. No coffee after 3 (I break this sometimes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) 3. Close your eyes, slow your breathing and clear your mind. It’s Corny and cliche but it’s worked well for me. 4. Don’t stop trying! It’s east to lay down for 15 minutes and say “eh im not getting anywhere” so then you’re up for 3-4 more hours when you could have maybe fallen asleep within 1-2 hours. P.s I also listen to music to help clear my mind but that doesn’t work for everyone.
Her student loan forgiveness plan would be such an unbelievable economic boost to our generation. Like I can't imagine how many people would buy houses/cars/start businesses if they didn't have those loans.
Yeah, I'm not looking forward to paying my wife's loans next year. I have no idea what to expect our payment will be. Jfg how much in loans do you have if you don't mind me asking? My wife probably has about 45k after the summer.
His ratio would prob be better by now. No one wanted to like his post after too problematic probably.
