Sometimes even someone guessing in the test gets a correct answer. So in this case, RT is correct

 

The reason I say RT is a joke is because it can be a source of good info but it can also be misused. Look for example at what happened with Captain Marvel, where the actress made some comments challenging toxic masculinity mindsets and trolls of the internet tanked it’s RT score before the movie even came out.

RT scores are sometimes a good indicator but they’re not infallible.

 

what about the critic ratings though?

 

I largely ignore the RT scores of the community. I use the critics one to see how something is doing occasionally

 

Critic ratings are fine, though I find that Some times critics tend to love movies that a lot of people hate, and hate movies a lot of people love.

 

I trust the audience score more than critics score.

I also dont use it very often
