I have another project but it's moving pretty slowly. Released one music vid but our album is being held up by the mixing engineer and now we're considering legal action and shit. ugh it's a whole thing.

So yeah, i've been keeping my head up for new projects.

I’m realizing that I have no idea how movies work

 

LMAO zero tickets have been sold for this show. Praise be

 

Movies either are sent to us via satellite or hard drive. We ingest them into the main server and from there send them to individual projectors. Rather than “reels”, movies are split up into individual partitions. So like, a 2 hour movie night be four separate files. But even if you have a movie on the hard drive, the files are encrypted and you can’t play them until the studio sends you digital “keys” that allow you to access the feature.

But you thought this person was gonna bring a blu ray? Do you sometimes just pop a disc in and send the video to the projector?

 

There’s a Blu-ray player hooked up directly via hdmi.
