My step brother eats his steak with ketchup, so if ya'll are gonna flip out over something...let it be that.
Thousand Island is great on burgers, reubens, rachels, etc. Bernaise, Chimichurri, Bordelaise, Brandy Peppercorn Cream sauce... I mean... haha. I know that you meant more typical condiments, but there's plenty of absolutely incredible sauces that make steak even better. If you dip your steak in A1 or ketchup, that better be the worst/driest steak on the planet.
I typically mix A1 with ketchup to make a super sauce. Great on steak, chicken, fries, baked potato Don't worry I haven't eaten steak in probably 3 years.
