I only knew because fiance is a mechanic and I have a device that can put air in my tires, charge my phone and jump start the battery.
as soon as I'm over this stupid cold or whatever it is I'm going to start eating better. seriously this time. breakfast - scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers & toast. lunch - whatever (this will probably still not be great but will be a reduced portion or better option like chick fil a with no buns or getting a burger but no fries, burrito bowl). dinner - chicken, rice, broccoli, salad, stuff like that or might just have like peanut butter toast or cereal instead of a full meal.
this is too much work. I'm probably just going to throw the chicken in the oven plain. then I'll eat it with A1 or honey BBQ from bww. or I'll cook it in the pressure cooker and shred it for tacos/flautas or beans & rice & chicken bowl.
he'd rather eat his yeezys than eat A1 I don't know if I'm using yeezys right but you know what I mean.
I quit smoking cigarettes so I'm going to eat whatever I want this year. If I go a year without smoking, then maybe I'll quit drinking soda next.
I usually salt and pepper it when I put it in the oven. or I have one of these McCormick chicken seasoning things.
I made a list of things to do today so watch me ignore everything on that list and sulk in bed watching YouTube videos.
