In proximity, not really. But unfortunately you can drive only 5 miles in LA and it can take like 25-30 minutes cause traffic is garbage. Everything depends on time of day
I got that sense today when a 13 mile drive from LAX to our hotel took 45 minutes. Felt bad that our Uber driver took us on.
when my sister lived in LA she said going to work could be half an hour or 3 hours or something ridiculous like that, I could never do that I'd lose my mind
Took *my wife* an hour and a half today to drive about 15 miles. Austin is stupid. Too many people moved here too fast (me included) and the roads/freeways couldn't keep up.
My area of Florida is also rapidly growing which doesn’t help when you add in the fact that Florida has notoriously bad drivers.
It’s like that in the Bay Area now too. It could take me 15-20 minutes to get to SF from my house or 2+ hours. Traffic sux
We’re supposed to take a trip to Utah this summer and are going to decide if we can add another few days to that trip to make it back out to LA. It kinda sucks that it’s my first time ever being in California (aside from SF airport) and we are only here a short time.
Gators are actually super chill. Last year I went golfing with my dad and we tee’d off about 20 feet from one that was sun bathing.
Oh man. So I was going through a bunch of old stuff in my room and found 3 gamestop gift cards that i don't even know if I used or not. Time to stop by tomorrow and see if they still have money on them and then maybe use them.
