The character is based on Mikey. The execs from the show reached out to me after the show he allegedly sold out at the same venue Hawthorne Heights played on their last tour. They could tell No Hope Kids were about to explode, and thought having a rockstar as famous as him as the face of their show would attract millions of viewers.
