I'll be over here listening to The Maine for the next few hours, catching up on 5 albums of theirs I missed over the years.
I have a desk job that doesn't require me to talk on the phone or people in general. its fucking awesome. That is 8 hours of music.
Carving out 45 minutes to listen to an album is overwhelming and I don't have human beings to take care of like you do
So glad I decided to listen to a bunch of old albums. "Waiting for my sun to shine" is probably now one of my favorite The Maine Songs.
I sit at my desk all day too but if I put on music I don't really hear it. it's just in the background. it's hard to find time to focus on it. also I think if I were to listen to that much I'd never find time to return to something I really liked. so this album that I really really liked I've only heard once and these other 500 albums I would have listened to I didn't like but I also heard them once. it's hard for me to do that.
The secret song at the end of The Maine "Pioneer" Bands don't don't his anymore more, and I wish they did.
I feel like it’s pretty hard to do that even though it used to be a cool concept. Now when you stream you see how much longer a song has
It's still cool because I wasn't expecting it. I also don't watch the minutes go down while i'm listening to an album.
After "Forever Halloween" The Maine, I'm going to take a break and continue tomorrow. I promise I will have that As tall as lions album done.
