So some of you have already hear the story of why I’m in a bad mood today.. others have not. So I’d like to share: I’m at my companies Sales Kick Off in Santa Clara, California. The CFO is a cheap ass and is making us share hotel rooms. Last night me and a couple coworkers went to a hockey game. When we got back i was tired and went to my room to settle down and text my wife. My coworkers hit the bar. About 12:30 my roommate came barging in, somewhere between buzzed and drunk and starts yelling “CONNOR!!! WHY ARE YOU ASLEEP DUDE?” And he kept banging stuff clumsily while he got ready for bed and kept being like “DUDE IM SORRY I WOKE YOU UP” It was like being in college again. Why the hell do i have to share a hotel room when I’m a damn grown up?
I never get to see them play anymore because I work 3 pm to midnight but they have been on fire lately which is nice.
