I have no desire to try the trials after seeing streamers tackle it. I am nowhere near good enough at combat and go for OP weapons haha
Started Master Mode. It took me an entire rusty sword, a stick, and an axe just to kill 1 enemy near the temple of time lol
It is weird they didn't make a MM for TOTK. It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to just make enemies harder with regenerating health bars
Jesus Christ. It took me probably 40 hours to even have the courage to stop avoiding them. They become pretty easy though once you get into the groove of mounting them and flurry rushes Master mode probably ruins that though lol
You just gotta have a quick draw with good aim to constantly hit them with arrows so they don’t get all their health back.
I was walking around the great plateau and not even 30 minutes into the game I see a lynel while I have nothing but a couple sticks and a torch lol master mode is going to be a blast
I can't imagine pulling this off without gyroscope controls TBH. Such a literal gamechanging technology
Tried to go through the entire Great Plateau without dying once. Had one shrine left to go and I was killed by a falling boulder…
eh, I see a pg-13 live-action movie doing better than a how to train your dragon style animated movie, even if I'd prefer the latter
Every time I read the thread title, I keep reading the director’s name as Uwe Ball and wonder what that would’ve been like
The synopsis from the production listing that announced filming had began: “The Legend of Zelda follows Link, a young warrior destined to protect the magical kingdom of Hyrule from the forces of darkness. The land is under threat from Ganon, a ruthless warlord who seeks the Triforce — an ancient relic said to grant limitless power. To stop him, Link must embark on a perilous journey, battling monstrous creatures, exploring treacherous dungeons, and solving intricate puzzles to uncover sacred artifacts that can aid him in his quest.” Looks like we are getting Ganon as the villain. I wonder if we will also get his Ganondorf form of if that will be held off for a sequel. Using the pig form of Ganondorf is actually a good way to start off a series of films.
I'm mostly interested in how dungeons will be treated in a 2-hour film. Maybe something similar to the beginning of Raiders of the Last Ark? I'm sure they won't take up too much time but they also can't be a simple breeze.
Movie can't be complete unless there's at least ten minutes of Link being knocked in a pit by a Moldorm or Hardhat.
There also must be enough HEY! LISTEN! periodically to bring the audience together in shared contempt.
Very curious to see what stuff from the games they put into this movie. I wonder when we'll get some more info on the plot. Probably not for a while
I know the world doesn’t work like this anymore but it would be cool if this wasn’t a series of films A well-placed “Hey, Listen!” could be this movie’s Chicken Jockey!
