I'm always trying to stay the course and complete main objectives, but I end up wandering into a cave and I stay there for like 2 hours. lol. I have barely made a dent in this game.
I have deactivated all sages immediately after getting them. The abilities would probably be nice to have but they were honestly annoying me too much
Tulin is crucial for air travel, especially between sky islands. Yunobo and Riju are incredible for burrowing through breakable rock barriers, they’re both great in battle if you’re able to actually utilize their powers. Sidon is whatever
after a week off i'm jumping back in tonight. any advice for early game stuff you wish you knew/did early on? i'm going to just start exploring but if there's armor or something worth getting i will do that first
Haven’t played much lately because I’ve been exhausted from working my new job but I’m off Wednesday and Thursday and will be GRINDING
Explored the Depths a little bit more, so I got to witness Tulin firsthand, and I think it's pretty neat. Not to keep comparing to Elden Ring, but it makes me think of the Spirit Ashes, except I don't have to summon him and he doesn't die if he takes too many hits. Not something I can rely on, but it's a nice bonus perk. Anyway, today I also learned something I think is neat. Apparently there's an item upgrade for the Purah Pad that lets you detect other items besides Shrines, including those cave frogs and wells. That's cool. I don't plan to get that right now, but it's nice to know for the future.
The castle has some good early-game armor and weapons you can find and it's largely unguarded on the inside anyways. I wish I went to the wind temple earlier - very useful prize for traveling. But, getting some stamina first is helpful too
I’m so tired after work I can’t play video games until I’ve had a nap, and then I stay up too late and in turn need to nap after work. My sleep schedule is fucked lmao.
I thought play time was supposed to appear at 10 days, but mine just says "First played 10 days ago". Guess I have to wait for the 11th day?
How wild is it that it's already been 10 days? There's so much to do that it all feels so early-game to me and like I just started haha
I finished the Witcher 3 on launch in 15 days but it was also after my semester at college had just ended for the summer so I had nothing to do lol. no way I’m done with this by day 15 unless I start only doing story stuff but I have so much shit I wanna do
So after this weekend: about 30 shrines down and just ran around uncovering most of the map, there’s still so much to see, and I’ve barely touched the sky or depth layers. Might spend some time powering up and doing side quests before attempting another temple
