I think so unless I’m just not following. You can equip your unfused sword, hold Up and choose an item, push X to drop and then L + Y to fuse (if Fuse is your active ability, of course).
Yeah, I edited bc I misread. I missed the ‘drop the item’ part. Pretty good solution and certain better than going in the inventory screen to drop an item then fusing.
Played long enough yesterday to acquire the first 3 of the new abilities while also doing a lot of exploring and experimenting with the sticking/fusing mechanics. Having an absolute blast.
This is the quickest way I've found and I hate it haha. Also is there a way to swap the quick menus around? I always press up for my swords for some dumb reason.
Picked this up over 24 hours ago, but cos' life got in the way (dad duties, apartment cleaning, etc.) I only managed to just wrap up my first 3 hours of playing. Loving it. Up to the 3rd shrine, and managed to coincidentally time my mine cart to the top while the sun was setting across Great Sky Island. Fantastic start.
These games continue to mock me Oh you need to climb something? It would be a shame if it ….. started raining
I am loving so far but for some reason I find the controls of building frustrating. It takes me way too long to find the right angle to rotate to get a hook or sail attached to planks. After a few times having to do it in a row, I got quicker but I think by the 50th zip line I make, it’ll become a little tiring
Also, they kinda just feel like more detailed divine beasts with the name temple haha. At least the Wind one does.
so i dont play alot of video games but i recently got a switch and BOTW for my birthday. still in the early stages of the game but i'm thoroughly enjoying it. stoked to see there's a pretty sizeable following here.
Other than a couple of Ys games, the last like 15 games I've played are turned based RPGs and consequently I am so bad at all of the controls lol Keep trying to run and end up throwing my weapon because I'm stuck on Ryza controls
Didn't know this thread was a thing. Liking this game a lot so far. I'm amazed by how disoriented I am in the world just by having the borders of the tower areas changed
