I was going to use a floating holiday tomorrow so I could pick up my preorder in the morning and spend the day playing, but I had to cancel my day off

 

I scheduled tomorrow off of work weeks ago lol. Plan is to wake up early, order for pickup at Target, and hopefully have it in my hands at 8 or 9am.

 

I keep trying to boot it up in the hopes it's unlocked early

 

convincing my brother to go half’s on a copy so I can buy it day one

Where did you pre-order? I did Walmart and those assholes still haven't shipped it.

 

Bull Moose, and it just shipped yesterday. They are normally good about shipping pre-orders on the Wed or Thurs of release.
