It’s… interesting? I guess? I am working on upgrading it and need gleeok guys now. I don’t feel like taking on Gleeok’s again yet. Until it’s upgraded it has pretty weak defense.
Finished the Lightning Temple. What a fun boss fight. Now I'll finish exploring the Gerudo region and start cleaning some stuff up here and there, and then decide what major task I want to undertake next. Probably start really exploring the Depths in earnest.
I'm also happy to announce that I have seen Addison and his wacky signs for the last time. He finally ran out. His work is done.
So, I’ve gotten everything that I could track and am still at 99.2%. Sigh. I don’t know what I’m missing.
Two dumb questions: Does the korok guy that increases your inventory move around or does he stay in the same spot? I thought he was in the shelter at lookout landing last time but I swear I went back and he wasn't there? Where are all the temples? I beat the wind temple early on and since haven't even seen another one...
He has at least three spots. However, once he leaves Lookout, he should be in the Lost Woods permanently. Water is in the sky above Lanayru. Thunder is buried in the Gerudo desert until you do the quest for it. Fire is in the depths below Eldin.
thank you! I’ll probably continue to just roam around looking for interesting stuff until I stumble upon the temples but at least I have a general idea now haha
You don't just stumble upon the temples though, you have to actively be doing the main quests for them. Have you progressed any of the Regional Phenomena quests?
Regional Phenomena? I think so? I beat the wind temple real early and I have Tulin..I just found the Tower in Lanaryu with the passed out/stuck Zora guy and freed him with the splash fruit…should I do the water temple from here?
Im burning myself out on side quest completions, might have to actually go off and destroy ganondorf.
Technically the game will recommend you head in the direction of the Gorons, but yes, you can do them in any order and there's no harm in doing so.
So here's where I'm at. Today I started by cleaning up all the side quests and remaining points of interest in Gerudo Desert. Then, I started cleaning up some shrines on the mainland that I'd neglected, namely the one inside the whirlpool and the one you get for shield surfing. Then I took to the sky and started knocking out more shrines, tablets, and wills. I have now obtained all the heart containers I possibly can, and have switched to stamina by default. I raised my stamina once, and I have enough blessings to do it again. I also obtained enough wills to upgrade a second person (Tulin being the first), so I upgraded Sidon, cause he's my boy. I also have enough to upgrade a third, so I'll probably upgrade Riju. I believe I have ten more shrines left in the game. One is for that damned giant horse. Three are in the sky mazes, two are in that area obscured by clouds, and the four last ones are in the Lost Woods. I'll probably continue in the sky for now and see what else I can get. I'm thinking once I choose to move forward, my next goal will be Hyrule Castle, cause I can get the Champion's Tunic there while also opening up other locations. Then, probably fifth Sage, and then I'll start turning my attention to the Depths, since I'll have no other choice really. That's my plan for now.
Have 122 shrines and 115 lightroots. Have completed 3 temples and have about 250 koroks. Still haven’t built my house or opened the other two temples. Trying to complete as much as possible before moving further along the main storyline.
seeyah Ganondorf finished with 129 shrines but will probably try to find the rest before putting the game down. not interested in 100% completion though
it shows up in the corner of your map after you beat the main story. mine was at 55% after 150 hours lol
Yep. I never pushed to get to it for BOTW. It was in the high 90’s. I wanted to do it for this one though and I am so so close. Locations are .04 a piece, so there is an extra .01. I don’t know what that means. I only need like 5-6 things and I’ve got it. But in a game this massive, how do I find them? All the guides I check seems to have nothing new or have less listed than I have completed. I am going to go fight Ganondorf again and see if it goes up as I progress there. That would be lame since that means you can never keep the 100%, but I gotta at least check it.
Oh. I don't really plan to beat the main story until I've done everything else I want, so I'll probably never see that percentage.
All you have to do is start your game again after you beat the Demon King. Haha aren’t you curious what it will be?
