Hell yeah, finally found and defeated a lynel first try. Definitely pretty sparse on the overworld compared to botw.

 

30 hours in and did my first temple. Absolutely had so much fun with the Wind Temple. Think I only missed one chest.

Gonna take a break for FF16 tomorrow but can’t wait to jump back in. Want dat Froggy armor.

 

I'd love to have this as completed as possible before Spiderman 2 comes out, but unlikely. I like focusing on one game at a time.

 

Busy evening in Hyrule.

Unlcoked the last two great fairies, got the thunder helm, explored Faron a bit, took out my first lighting gleeok, and accidentally made my way down to the end of the game. But I just dropped a travel point and will return later on.

I hadn't even duplicated anything in a while because I didn't need excess amount of any one item/material yet so I would just kind of casually, randomly dupe some diamonds here and there. Even still, I only have about 35 diamonds maybe.

some of these shrine quests are silly

for one I had to dress up in full Yiga armor and place 5 bananas at 5 altars spread across the mountains to get the guy to unlock the door to the shrine

another one I had to capture a giant ass horse and ride it to this guy so he can give me the crystal to the shrine

 

im think im short the yiga armor - i have the mask and the trousers.

 

I need the trousers still

 

I am full blown Yiga. I switched sides.

 

ive been riding the light dragon for past hour while working so i can farm materials every ten minutes

 

I need to find it to get some scales. Want to upgrade my champion’s tunic.

 

I thought you were making the banana one up, and I just Googled it, and that is wild.

the giant horse quest has a parallel quest in BOTW, though it wasn't for a shrine in that one

 

For the giant horse quest, I still had my horse saved from BotW so I just pulled him out of storage instead of finding a new one in this game.

 

I tried that too! but it didn't work for me. My giant horse was black in BOTH and I think this person wanted to see a white one.

 

Hmm that’s odd. Mine is also darker (with a red mane) so maybe these are two different quests we are thinking off? I’m not sure why that would be, but I don’t remember anything about a white horse so maybe I just haven’t done that yet!

 

I could also be getting the quests confused. It's possible I'm thinking of the quest where they want to see Zelda's horse and since I already had Epona, I thought I might give that a try but it did have to be the white one. So maybe I have not actually followed through on what I thought I had haha.

I feel like my Ganon horse didn’t transfer? But I found another one near Hateno beach

 

Still anti-horse, but I think I also never upgraded any armor in BOTW. Seems a little more necessary in this one for some reason.
