The climb to the keep is more difficult than the final battle so stock up on meals that give you max health and power up your armor as much as you can. I am pretty sure there is a way to bypass it but incase you cant be aware there is a lynel on the way up.
I went around Hyrule Town ruins yesterday one-shotting a bunch of them to farm Ancient materials lol lol I glided right into the tower with one where all the doors shut when you enter. Luckily I killed him but it was pretty funny
The vastness of this game is a reason why, like RDR2, this game will go down as an all time favorite, much like on my 3rd and 4th play throughs of RDR, i was finding things i hadnt found on my first 2 go ‘rounds. I was re-playing this for an hour and already found like 3 or 4 korok seeds i had never come across on earlier playings. Also, holy shit the crazy flower lady just rage-killed me - that has never happened before lol
I’ve been playing this obsessively lately. I’m on the last divine beast, but have spent most of the time upgrading at the fairy fountains and finding shrines. I finished all the side quests to build Terry Town today. The cut scene at the wedding had my fiancé and I laughing so hard.
Equip a shield and lock on to it. When you see it charging its laser, hit A to parry and you can deflect it back at it. Doing this twice kills them and I never take damage. It takes a little bit of practice to get the timing right though.
I hear Ganon is kind of a pushover if you have the Master Sword and have beaten all the Divine Beasts
completing all divine beasts absolutely gives you the upper hand/advantage over Ganon, and it becomes immediately clear why once the battle begins. i've never attempted to beat Ganon without having completed all 4 beasts (maybe I will this go 'round).
I wish I could keep the bow at the end. I do want to go back and explore this game more. I'm sure there are more environmental puzzles that I have not figured out. I don't know if I completed all those riddles from that one singing bird dude.
iirc those are all shrine quests - so if you have completed all the shrines then you have solved all his riddles.
Ahh dang it I was hoping to get more. Haven't picked this game up in well over a year. I think the only shrines I left to be completed were all the fighting ones because I didn't really care.
