I'm only a little bit in but the new shrines are excellent so far. I forgot how absorbed I get into this game.
Just motherfreaking bought the motherfreaking pass because I motherfreaking want to motherfreaking ride a motherfreaking motorcycle through motherfreaking Hyrule.
Hadn't bought the DLC til this morning but the hero's path addition was almost worth it by itself. I'm pretty sure it's 90% mountains and snow, but there is a ton of the map I never saw.
Spoilered just in case anyone wants to go fully blind Just those first four points/shrines, back to normal after that
I won’t be able to play this until after Xenoblade. But I already bought the DLC. How are the new shrines/dungeons integrated in the game? I’m curious. Also are they big shrines?
haven't bought the dlc yet but i'm excited to eventually have some extra content!! i haven't really returned to this since beating Ganon
You return to the beginning of the game to start this trial where you have to clear 4 areas of baddies and then complete a shrine ....but you die in one hit and so do enemies. You don’t have to complete all 4 without dying, which was my concern haha. After that, they add more points on the map to direct you to. Shrine size fluctuates.
I haven't purchased any of the DLC yet, but I'm strongly considering this one. Would I need to buy/complete the first one before getting this one?
several new shrines and a new dungeon, starts off at the great plateau then moves to areas by the divine beasts, which is as far as I've got. haven't seen any cutscenes or story stuff so far and im probably 2 hrs in. on top of that there's some armor quests and a quest for a bridle/saddle for your horse that gives you the ability to teleport your horse to you from wherever it's at.
