Just found a listing on ebay for the switch version of this for 10 bucks, free shipping. Got the wii u version already but I think Im gonna pick this up too, haha.
I was able to finally beat a Silver Lynel on master mode (6 hearts, normal arrows, no stasis, snow gear) and I feel so proud. I know I’m bad at 3D action games so this is a big deal for me haha.
oh yeah, forgot to mention i beat Ganon the other day. while the end was definitely cinematic, it was kinda underwhelming gameplay-wise.
Accurate. I’m hoping we get something new in the DLC that is related to this. wishful thinking (and highly unlikely to happen) but since loading the save file will just put you back to before beating Ganon, I hope they make the DLC unlockable by beatlng the main game again and we get some cooler gameplay when beating Ganon. My only gripe with this game are the lack of memorable boss fights (I love the mini bosses though) and I wish they were able to add more enemy types in this game (I understand balancing enemies take a lot of time, so this is more of a wishlist).
yeah, i was bummed that i couldn't keep playing after beating him, i could just load that starred autosave file that's right before i entered the sanctum. i also wish there were more, like, official mini-bosses. like, the overworld shit like Hinox and Stone Talus are cool, but i wanted a couple more dungeon like bosses other than the Blights
The only mini bosses I can remember: Hinox + colors Talus + elements Lynel + colors (Sand whale thing in Gerudo) Skeletal Hinox Did i miss anything?
dude the ending was so lame the end battles were fun but i expected SO much better/more lengthy of an ending scene
does anyone know exactly what was the extra dialogue from the end of the game if you got all the memories? i got them all and i'm not sure what was extra
I didnt know there was extra dialogue for gettng all memories. I got all memories and i still thought the ending was lame. Maybe the final short scene where zelda and link are literally walking to zoras domain with the intent to repair vah ruta was extra, but i still thought that was a cheesey last scene
I finally 100’d the game today after over 165 hours of playtime. I picked it back up for the first time since before the school year started this weekend and spent 8 hours yesterday before finding the last location i needed. All side quests are done besides trial of the sword, which is proving to be insanely hard. Really looking forward to next DLC. This is the greatest video game I’ve ever played, knocking OoT out of the top spot. I didn’t have any complaints with the finale - it was all very satisfying for me. Even after 160 hours, I’m still mesmerized by the scope and visuals.
Zelda's voice actress is so bad, i'm sorry. i feel bad saying that, but like, i just can't stand her delivery on just about any of the more dramatic lines (esp in the "Despair" memory) Urbosa, however, is the best character and the best acted
i just started this a couple of days ago wow. even as i keep dying and feel i'm not progressing in this game i am completely enthralled
