ain't no shame in looking it up, i still to this day can't get through the water temple in OoT without looking up a guide lol
stumbled across the Coliseum Ruins today so i decided to try to face a Lynel for the first time. huge fucking mistake. fucking wrecked.
The coliseum is where I faced my first Lynel. Had no idea what it was, but was terrified of facing it head on. Tried throwing bombs at it only to realize just how powerful it was and how long that would take. Now, I'm not afraid of them and take them down with ease. And yes, you can use stasis on most enemies.
Yes, especially if you have stasis+ or whatever it's called. Works really well for Gaurdians and Lynels
I hate that you couldn't get any of the Royal Guards weapons until the castle. Those are great. One I picked up did 112 attack damage. Plus the black looks really cool. Something else I just learned recently that I wish I would have known earlier in the game is that you can drop remote bombs while paragliding.
turns out save data all goes on the Switch console itself, not the game cartridge. so, having my own console now, i have to start over from scratch
Yeah it sucks, but cloud saves might be coming at some point, because Nintendo has enabled them for some people that had to send in their Switches for repair, so the tech is there
i've had a switch for about 2 months and aside from some mario kart v the fiance for weekly bragging rights, all its been has been Zelda. this game is incredible. i haven't done any main story in maybe 2-3 weeks, just shrine hunting.
So far I have just Zelda & Mario Kart. I have heard Splatoon is great but from what I've seen I just don't think I'll get $60.00 worth of enjoyment out of it lol I am hoping Mario Party is on the horizon. The new Mario Rabbids game looks interesting but I'd want to demo it before committing to buying it. Also hoping we see a reboot of Donkey Kong and maybe even Banjo Kazooie on the switch. I boy can dream.
There will surely be a DK game at some point. But Banjo will never ever happen again on a Nintendo system.
haha yeah same, Mario Kart is the only other game I have and its so I can play with my soon to be fiance.
I thought it wouldn't be worth $60 either and that it would just be fun but that game is seriously addicting and I highly recommend. It's way more fun than the concept seems
I have a few games on preorder. Mario Odyssey (duh), LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 (my wife loves playing the LEGO games with me), and DOOM, which doesn’t come out until January. Mario is going to be so much fun.
Also, I am trying to make sure that I pretty evenly split my upgrades, for example I'll do 2 heart containers then 2 stamina boosts. I currently have 2 full stamina wheels and 2 parts of the 3rd. Do you max out at 3 or can you go beyond?
