Grabbed the master sword and then finished my last divine beast. It just felt like the proper sequence to me.

Only need the memories now. Having so much fun in this game still. I think I'm going to take some even more time just exploring the world.

This feels like The Legend of Zelda more than any other game in the series. I love that the story was really centered around her journey and struggles.

How does everyone feel about the amount of shrines that are blessings/ tests of strength. In the past 6 shrines Ive done, Ive had 2 blessings, 2 minor tests and 2 major tests. Its starting to feel rare when I get a shrine that has a puzzle in it. Am I just having bad luck or is this a common feeling?

I haven't seen puzzles in a long time sadly. I swear the past 15 shrines I've done are the type where you get rewarded just for getting to it.

I'm at 100 shrines completed and I'd venture a guess that 70-75% are regular shrines. No idea if that's accurate, but I don't mind the blessings because they're usually hidden behind a shrine quest that's an interesting mission or puzzle. My encounters with tests of strength were pretty scattered. I am coming across more blessings at the end since they're typically more difficult to find.

I'm at about 90 and yeah, probably 75% of the shrines I did were puzzles with the rest blessings (mostly rewards for Shrine Quests) and Tests.

I don't mind the blessings because most of the shrine quests are my favorite parts of this game. I looooved the one in Rito village where you had to find those four kids and get them all to sing and then repeat the song on the Stonehenge statues (this makes more sense if you've done it lol).

I did the shrine quest on Mt. Lanayru and I loved that one. They're a nice change of pace and I like the vagueness of the quest info.

I've only seen one of the memories. So I don't know much of the story so far, but I really liked Link and Zeldas relationship in Skyward Sword. I also liked how we got see her journey during the credits. It would be cool if the DLC is playing as Zelda through her adventure (keep in mind I don't know what she's been up to, so I'm not sure if that would make and sense lol)

Took out my first guardian with a pot lid. That was pretty cool.

Also using Magnesis to power a raft is a neat little trick

I feel like I learn something new each time I play. I hadn't even thought to use the big leaf to sail to that out of reach shrine and island (near Hateno Tower) until I died swimming a couple times. Also, I bounced out of that island shrine trial super fast, ha. Seems interesting, but I didn't feel like messing with all of that at the time.

40 hours in and I've still got so much that I want to do before end game stuff.

    This is ridiculous.

My apologies for assuming your free time limitations. Divorce sucks.

My daughter loves the Switch, and loves Link and the princess, but she won't watch me play for more than 5 minutes. Haha.

I can only play at night, maybe get a couple of hours in. Had food poising on Sunday and was home by myself all day, put in most of my hours then, between bathroom stints.

    No worries man.

I know myself well enough that even if i had my kid full time, i would be pulling ridiculous nighttime marathons and depriving myself of sleep to the point i wasn't even enjoying playing it. Thankfully I've got to enjoy my time with both the last couple of weeks!

Stupid question, is there somewhere I can actually see my hours played? I'm curious now where I fit in the "players who have a kid spectrum"
