Attempting some of the motion control puzzles using off TV play can be super annoying. Also having to put down the pro controller and pick up the gamepad for the puzzles is dumb
Didn't realize how much stuff you can get through them. I'm trying my hardest not to buy them all. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Guide: How to use Amiibo and what they do | RPG Site
Still haven't left West Necluda. Heard there was 9 shrines in this area, not leaving until I find them
Some of these environmental puzzle solutions are so cool. Spoilers for a shrine around the Lakeside area: Talked to some people at the stables, said there was something worth checking out at the top of the waterfalls. Work my way up there, it's just a giant rock but it's suspiciously shrine shaped. Try bombing it, nothing. It's raining, and I was wearing metal, start sparking. I worked my way up to the top of the rock structure to see if I could drop a bomb through a possible hole at the top, putting off taking off all my metal until I get up there...but I'm too late, lightning strikes me and destroys the rock. There was possibly a shrine quest I missed that gave hints, but accidentally stumbling upon that was such a neat moment. This game is fucking amazing.
I just snuck around him and collected the arrows I needed. other than that I'm of no help because I was getting destroyed.
I've got every single Zelda amiibo except the bokoblin and Link on the Horse. I cherish the Zelda ones a bit more than the others. I need to go ahead and get those while they're available. The prices for the windwaker series and Ocarina Link right now are insane. Glad I picked them up when I did.
If Ocarina was like 15 I'd buy it just for the tunic. They need to either get more amibo stock out there or not lock cool shit behind them. I feel like they'd make way more money putting the outfits up as DLC.
I saw ocarina link on every store's shelves for months leading up to this game lol. Funny to think about with how much they're going for now that they do something in game.
I've never seen it before. It's the one amibo I might have bought anyway if I'd have known it existed.
I already owned Smash link and 8-bit link so I always felt like I didn't need to own another link amiibo haha. And I don't particularly like the way it looks, something about the Ocarina art style didn't quite translate to that figurine imo.
Finished the final dungeon tonight and got a few more memories. I love the design for this Zelda so much.
If I would have known the prices would go up and they'd sell out, I would have got Ocarina Link when I got the other Zelda ones. It was on sale for $6
I literally just bought mine at target 2 days ago for 12 dollars The only one it seems I'm screwed on is smash link. I want epona
Took down my first Lynel. One with the zebra skin. Broke 4 strong weapons but got some badass stuff for beating him. That was awesome. It was in a completely open area so I had to rely on well timed dodges to take it down.
