I’d maybe put Witcher 3 above it, but I won’t argue against Zelda

 

It’s actually a solid top 5

 

Without a doubt my favorite game of the last decade - I haven't looked at the number of hours I've played it in a while, but the first time I happened to look at it, I wished I hadn't haha. Expectations for BOTW2 are through the roof.

I’d put Dark Souls and Bloodborne above it easily, but it’s probably top 5

 

It won the chorus bracket so it's basically canon now

 

I have 180 hours into and that says a lot considering it’s the only game I’ve played for more than 100 hours.

 

I’ve probably put more hours into Halo 2 and Oblivion though BOTW is up there

 

Yep this is the only game I've ever put over 100 hours into. I think my next closest was about 80 hours on Animal Crossing? And then everything else doesn't come close to even that.

At least a couple of the old COD games

Probably more that I’m missing

 

Probably just animal crossing and the original smash for N64 for me

 

100 hours into one single game file? I've only it once, with Disgaea on the DS lol

 

I have 100 hours on a few games. Breath of the Wild, Friday the 13th, Super Smash Bros, Fortnite, but thats because I play it online with friends
Breath of the Wild is the only single player game I have over 100 hours in, though.

 

IGN listed this as #1 on their top 100 games of all time

Hades is wayyyyy up that list. Love to see it.

 

I like Mario Odyssey and Galaxy more than this, but it’s probably in third.

Just started this and it’s pretty fun so far, actually going to be the first Zelda game I play all the way through.

Nah. There’s a lot of side missions and things to explore in the big world. I wouldn’t describe the size as daunting. It’s a good journey.

 

Yeah I put 100 hours into it for enjoyment and exploring, but you can easily beat the game under that

 

you can literally put as much or as little time you want into that game. whenever you feel like you're done you can just walk up to Ganon and yeet him.

 

Exactly. You can put however much time/effort into the game that you want.
