i've played through it about 3x so far, it's much less overwhelming than it sounds, especially considering you'll instinctively do certain things/go certain places based on your previous experience.

I've beat the Divine Beasts and Ganon, just need to get all the shrines, korok seeds, and memories. It's wild because I've had this game for well over a year, have logged DOZENS of hours of gameplay, and still have no clue where the other shrines and memories are (I think I have about 30 shrines left and only unlocked 4 memories)... not even sure how that's possible but the map is unbelievably huge.

 

alright FINE I WILL DO IT

 

I started Master Mode earlier this year and it is indeed very tiring.

 

Wait so is this what everyone has been referring to BOTW2 or is it something separate?

 

Hyrule Warriors is set 100 years before BOTW, BOTW2 has a teaser trailer but that's about it right now.

I don't understand. There are going to be three games set in the same map? I also thought this prequel announcement was the BOTW follow up we were waiting for.

 

This is just another Hyrule Warriros, a Zelda spin-off series made by the people that make a lot of games like it (incl. a Fire Emblem one) based on their owns series Dynasty Warriors. It is not a real Zelda game.

 

Soooo who got Hyrule Warriors? I’m excited to play when my wife gets home. We loved the demo. It’s not a regular Zelda game, but I like the story from BotW, so it’s nice to revisit that world.

 

Picking up my copy after work.

 

I’m playing it now. It’s pretty fun and the story so far is nice.

I played Hyrule Warriors for like 5 hours tonight. Soooo good. I love the cut scenes. It’s getting me excited for BotW2

 

In regards to BOTW, i’ve beat Calamity Ganon, the Divine Beasts, and have most of the memories, yet my %complete is at like 20.5 or something. I even got 2-3 new memories the other day and checked and it only went up a couple decimal points. Besides Korok seeds, the rest of the shrines, and the side quests, how is it possible I’ve only gotten 20% finished? I’ve had this game for a long ass time

 

because for some reason the 900 korok seeds count for 72% of the total

 

I loved BOTW but I never finished. I’m debating starting the whole thing over and playing through it again.

 

If you don’t 100% BOTW you’re a poser only real ogs get that shiny turd

I had a super weird, negative reaction to the demo. The graphics looked awful; like someone took BOTW and just whacked it with an ugly stick. And then the game just felt like a bizarro not-as-good version of BOTW’s combat...it just really threw me off haha
