Haha yeah I'm dying a lot. I don't remember if I had this much trouble playing them in middle school, but I'm sure I had way more patience. I haven't gotten to it yet (and I forget the chronology, I may have to beat ages also) but I remember the Twinrova/Ganon fight being impossible.

 

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the linked game battle. I never got to do that one :'(

my console and game shipped last night. the hype might actually kill me.

 

yeah I never owned both, I think I coordinated it with my neighbor that we would each get one and trade off when we were finished. Don't think I ever beat that final boss

 

double post (sry), but not having owned Gamecube-WiiU I missed out on Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword, which are some pretty huge entries. Also meaning that BotW will be the first console zelda games I'll play since N64 era (not counting the 3DS remakes)

 

Twilight was the last one I played back in 06. Haven't played any portable ones either.

 

i've never been as good at vidya games as my brother so i've had a habit over the years of not finishing games; he's always the one who bought more of them anyway.
i finished OoT, made like 25% of the way through Minish Cap, finished either Oracle of Ages or Seasons, but not both, i watched my brother finish Majora's Mask since we only ever rented that from Blockbuster, and i started Wind Waker but never made very far since the Gamecube belonged to him and i didn't get to use it often.
never played Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword.

 

just realized I don't think I ever finished the Minish Cap

 

@chris i got stuck on a dungeon and couldn't figure out what to do and i just eventually didn't pick it up again, lmao.
very emblematic of my entire life

 

haha I think I was playing it on an emulator and I messed up a save state and overwrote my whole game so I just gave up, which I guess is what I deserve for not just buying it

wound up canceling so I can play over the weekend. guess I'll just get the digital version.

 

mine shipped on time and it looks like i might get it early. it still shows it's scheduled for delivery on friday but it will be at the UPS facility that delivers to me by tomorrow morning.

 

im not counting on it to show up tomorrow but im crossing my fingers that i get lucky

 

yeah some people on reddit were saying they complained and got theirs moved back to Friday but no such luck for me =(

Not gonna have time to play it Thursday night anyways. But at least I don't have to get home in time to pick up deliveries anymore. Just kinda would've been nice to have a game disk.
